Lake Augusta Cabins is owned and operated by Maxyril Properties LLC (hereafter referred to as “Maxyril Properties”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Maxyril Properties requires that all persons or entities visiting any Maxyril Properties Sites on the World Wide Web (“Sites”) agree to the following terms and conditions. By accessing a Site, you confirm your agreement to and acceptance of these terms.

Use of Information

Unless otherwise specified, copyright in all copyrightable subject matter on any Site is owned by Maxyril Properties To the extent that Maxyril Properties have the right to do so without compensation to third parties, and except for materials or information specifically provided under other terms, Maxyril Properties grants you permission to copy or otherwise download from any Site, information and materials (including related graphics), provided: 1. Maxyril Properties is under no obligation to monitor the information residing or transmitted to this site. However, anyone accessing this site agrees that Maxyril Properties may monitor the site to (1) comply with any necessary laws, regulations, or governmental requests; (2) to, in its sole discretion, operate the Site in a manner it deems proper or to protect against conduct it deems inappropriate. Maxyril Properties shall have the right but not the obligation, to reject or eliminate any information residing on or transmitted to the Site that it, in its sole discretion, believes is unacceptable or inconsistent with these terms and conditions.

Boathouse Gathering Space Policies & Terms of Use

We want you and your guests to have a wonderful time while also helping us maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for everyone staying at Lake Augusta Cabins. Please review the following guidelines before your gathering.

Reservations & Eligibility

The Boathouse Gathering Space is available exclusively as an add-on to an active Lake Augusta Cabins reservation and is not available as a stand-alone rental.

The space is intended for small, private gatherings only. Public events, ticketed events, or events where admission is charged are not permitted.

The registered cabin guest who reserves the Boathouse is responsible for the gathering and all visitors attending.

Visitors & Capacity

The Boathouse rental allows up to 20 daytime visitors.

Visitors are welcome during the reserved gathering period but are not considered overnight guests and must leave the property when the gathering ends.

All gatherings must end no later than 8:00 PM.

Rental Time

The Boathouse is available between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Rental options include:

• 4-hour rental
• 8-hour rental

Your reserved time includes your gathering, setup, and cleanup. Please plan accordingly so the Boathouse and surrounding area are cleared by the end of your reservation.

Tables & Chairs

Lake Augusta Cabins will arrange folding tables and chairs based on your gathering needs.

Please let us know your preferred setup in advance. Our team will handle the setup and removal of provided furniture.

Food & Catering

Guests are welcome to bring their own food and refreshments, and outside catering is permitted.

Please note that the Boathouse does not have a kitchen and does not include:

• Refrigerator
• Sink
• Microwave

Guests and caterers should plan accordingly.

Restrooms

There is no restroom inside the Boathouse.

Guests may use the restroom inside their rented cabin.

A portable restroom is also available near the upper parking area, approximately 100 yards from the Boathouse.

Parking

A designated visitor parking area is available for up to 3 vehicles.

Additional parking is available along the street approximately 200 yards from the property.

Please be respectful of designated parking areas and do not block cabin access, driveways, or other guest parking areas.

Outdoor Area & Swimming

The outdoor area adjacent to the Boathouse is included with your rental and may be used for picnicking, relaxing, and gathering.

Visitors may also access the beach for swimming.

Boathouse visitors do not have access to resort recreational equipment, including kayaks and other watercraft or equipment reserved for overnight guests.

Swimming and use of outdoor areas are at the guest's own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

Children

Children are welcome.

Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising children attending the gathering, particularly around the beach, lake, docks, outdoor areas, and other areas of the property.

Children should never be left unattended near the water.

Music & Noise

Music is welcome at a reasonable volume.

Lake Augusta Cabins remains an active lodging property during gatherings, and other guests may be enjoying their cabins and the lake.

Please keep music, conversations, and other noise at a respectful level throughout your gathering.

Decorations

You're welcome to decorate the Boathouse for your celebration.

To help us protect the space:

• No glitter or confetti
• No decorations that may damage walls, furniture, or other surfaces
• Decorations must be removed at the end of the rental

Please contact us in advance if you're planning larger decorations or special installations.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the Boathouse or inside any Lake Augusta Cabins accommodations.

Trash & Cleanup

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their gathering.

All trash must be collected and placed in the property's designated dumpster before the end of the rental period.

Please leave the Boathouse and adjacent outdoor area in the same general condition in which you found them.

Damage & Guest Responsibility

The registered guest who reserves the Boathouse is responsible for their visitors and for any damage to the Boathouse, furniture, equipment, grounds, or other Lake Augusta Cabins property resulting from the gathering.

Additional charges may apply for damage, excessive cleaning, or missing property.

Cancellation Policy

Boathouse reservations may be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental time for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time are non-refundable.

Respecting Other Guests

The Boathouse Gathering Space is located within Lake Augusta Cabins, where other guests may be enjoying their vacation.

Please be considerate of other guests, respect private cabin areas, use designated gathering spaces, and help us maintain the peaceful lake atmosphere everyone came to enjoy.

By reserving the Boathouse Gathering Space, the registered guest agrees to follow these policies and accepts responsibility for all visitors attending their gathering.
