What amenities are included in the cabins?

Our cabins come equipped with essential amenities such as stocked kitchenettes, comfortable bedding, private bathrooms, heating, air conditioning, and some cabins even feature amenities like private decks.

Are pets allowed in the cabins?

Yes, we understand that pets are part of the family, so we offer pet-friendly accommodations in select cabins. There is usually a pet fee and some guidelines to ensure the comfort of all guests.
NOTE: Bully breeds are NOT allowed.

How many guest fit in the cabin?

All cabins host up to 3 guests, except Cabins #9 and #11, which can host up to 4.

For larger families or groups, you can book multiple cabins.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

We have a 2 night minimum stay for most of our cabins, except for cabins #8 and 11, which require 3 nights

Check in/out times?

Check in starts at 3pm and check out by 11am.
Entry code is sent the morning of your arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out can be added to your reservation (if available) for an additional fee.

Do you have bigger cabins?

For larger families or bigger groups, multiple cabins can be booked for the same dates.
Our largest cabin (#9 & #11) only accommodates up to 4 guest.

Do you provide linens and towels?

Yes, all cabins come fully stocked with fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your convenience.

What recreational activities are available at the resort?

We have a range of recreational activities to enjoy, including swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, boating and during winter, activities like ice fishing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and snow mobiling.

Can I fish from the dock?

Lake Augusta has some of the best fishing in Minnesota, being part of many tournaments during the summer and prestige ice fishing in the winter.
A fishing license is required in Minnesota.

Is the beach good for swimming?

The sandy beach offers great swimming for all ages. Its gradual slop makes it easy access.

Is there Wi-Fi available at the cabins?

Yes, we provide complimentary Wi-Fi access in all our cabins and common areas, allowing you to stay connected during your stay.

What dining options are available nearby?

While our cabins come with fully equipped kitchens for self-catering, there are also nearby restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine or order delivery.

Is there a grill I can use?

Each cabin comes with its own outdoor propane (included) grill.

Is there a firepit?

Each cabin has its own firepits and some portable firepits are available as well.

Can we rent boats or other watercraft?

Yes, we offer boat rentals for exploring the lake. Life jackets and safety equipment are included with all rentals.
Kayaks and canoe is also available for guest.

Can I bring my boat and dock at the cabins?

Yes, we have 4 docks available for guest to use during their stay.

Where is the boat landing?

Boat landing is about 1 mile away on Clearwater Lake. There is a channel that connects to Lake Augusta.

Would by boat fit under the bridge from Clearwater Lake?

Most fishing boats and pontoons do fit under the bridge without a problem.
Any canopy or tower typically needs to be collapsed during height water season.
For boats with larger draft and air draft it all depends on the water level.

Can I make a reservation over the phone?

All of our reservation are done through the website.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer full refund 14 days before check in and 50% 7 days prior to check in. No refund after that.
