Refund policy

Cancellation Policy
We have a 100% refund policy for cancellation received 14-day prior to check-in date and 50% refund for cancellations received between 7 and 13 days prior to check-in. No refund is available is cancellation is received fewer then 7 days prior to check-in or arrival date.

To be eligible for a refund, you most submit your request within the cancellation window previously stipulated.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
